This guide will help you set up your workspace and connect your Roblox group in just a few minutes.

Create Your Account

Visit bloxora.com and sign up using your preferred method:

Quick setup with Discord integration ready
Using Roblox OAuth provides the best experience with automatic group discovery and avatar synchronization.

Link Your Roblox Account

If you didn’t sign up with Roblox OAuth, you’ll need to link your account:
  1. Navigate to Profile Settings in your dashboard
  2. Click “Link Roblox Account”
  3. Enter your exact Roblox username (case-sensitive)
  4. Check your Roblox messages for verification code
  5. Reply with the verification code
  6. Return to Bloxora and confirm verification
Make sure your Roblox privacy settings allow messages from other users, or you won’t receive the verification code.

Create Your Workspace

Set up your first workspace for your Roblox group:
- Workspace Name: "Your Group Name"
- Roblox Group ID: 12345678
- Description: Brief group description
- Timezone: Your primary timezone
Finding Your Roblox Group ID:
  1. Visit your group page on Roblox
  2. Check the URL: roblox.com/groups/[GROUP_ID]/[group-name]
  3. The number after /groups/ is your Group ID
You can manage multiple Roblox groups by creating separate workspaces for each one.

Configure Basic Settings

Customize your workspace with essential settings:

Role Configuration

  • Set up role hierarchy (Owner, Admin, Moderator, etc.)
  • Configure permissions for each role level
  • Enable role color coding (Professional+ plans)

  • Discord Webhook (optional but recommended)
  • Notification preferences
  • Timezone and language settings

Invite Your Team

Add your staff members to the workspace:
  1. Go to Staff Directory → Invite Members
  2. Generate invite links for your team
  3. Set initial roles for new members
  4. Send invitations via Discord, Roblox, or email
Free plan supports up to 25 members. Upgrade to Professional for up to 100 members, or Enterprise for unlimited members.

Common Setup Questions

Bloxora automatically verifies your group ownership through Roblox OAuth. If you need manual verification:
  1. Post a specific message on your group wall
  2. Contact our support team with your workspace details
  3. We’ll verify ownership within 24 hours
Yes! You can create separate workspaces for each Roblox group you manage. Each workspace has independent settings, members, and billing.
Check these settings:
  • Privacy Settings → Who can message me → Everyone
  • Privacy Settings → Who can send me friend requests → Everyone (optional)
  • Make sure you’re not blocking messages from new users
  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. Click “Upgrade Plan”
  3. Choose your desired plan (Professional or Enterprise)
  4. Complete payment setup
  5. Features activate immediately
